About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Infrastructure team in the US West region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Partner with our technical staff to create compelling proposal submissions that showcase our expertise and set us apart from the competition.
  • Marketing Support: Provide comprehensive marketing support for all aspects of the pursuit process, including workflow coordination, go assessments, resource requirements, technical content needs, interview coaching, and debriefs.
  • Content Creation: Prepare high-impact materials, including proposals, presentations, qualifications, and other communications, that align with our visual brand and written voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, public relations, and technical partners on targeted publications, e-campaigns, promotional materials, and key conferences/tradeshows.
  • Data Management: Maintain our internal marketing databases for information related to people, projects, pursuits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
  • Strong Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and tools, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Team Player: A desire to be part of a team that supports each other and values work-life balance.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • Relationship-Building: A passion for people, building trust, and fostering solid relationships.
  • Deadline-Driven: Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in the AEC industry a plus.
