- Establish and nurture positive relationships with potential clients to build trust and credibility.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate follow-up communications or meetings for further engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the sales team, including conversion rates and achieved sales.
- Evaluate call results and feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and share findings with the sales team.
- Guide the sales team through the sales pipeline process and promptly resolve any arising questions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Create sales documents, pricing lists, FAQs, scripts, and real-world examples to assist the sales team during their outreach.
- Regularly inform senior management about sales performance, market dynamics, and team discussions.
- Identify and implement enhancements in the sales process to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Assemble product sample kits for distribution to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on clinics and hospital pharmacies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and guidelines pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing.
