  • Adhere to a structured communication framework while remaining adaptable to client interactions.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Create sales documents, pricing lists, FAQs, scripts, and real-world examples to assist the sales team during their outreach.
  • Regularly inform senior management about sales performance, market dynamics, and team discussions.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in the sales process to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.
  • Assemble product sample kits for distribution to potential clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on clinics and hospital pharmacies.

Skills:
