Role Significance:

We are in search of a Director of Marketing & Communications to shape and propel our cohesive global marketing and communication strategy. Your extensive experience will be pivotal in embedding our core values and service identity into all internal and external communications. By enhancing our established brand, you will be vital in advancing our business objectives. As we expand our value-added services for clients, your role will be crucial in effectively communicating that value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic communications plan to elevate NovaSource Power's brand identity, broaden awareness of its initiatives, and enhance visibility among key stakeholders.
  • Develop a marketing and public relations strategy that enables NovaSource Power's leadership to translate business objectives into impactful integrated campaign strategies, messaging, and content that drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase revenue.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities: Recognize emerging issues faced by the organization. Collaborate with our leadership team and staff to pinpoint internal and external communication opportunities and devise strategies to address them. Your efforts will also be essential in helping our brand penetrate new market segments and expand market share.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across various platforms, channels, and regions, ensuring message consistency.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in digital marketing, managing and optimizing initiatives across all digital channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, search, personalization, and virtual events.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience leading marketing or communications teams at an international enterprise level.
  • Proficiency in core marketing competencies such as copywriting, digital creative development, segmentation, and investment optimization.
  • Understanding of Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, and/or Global Marketing Operations is essential, with expertise in at least one area being advantageous.
  • Experience in establishing and executing a multi-year marketing and communication strategy at an enterprise level.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's) in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, developing, leading, and retaining talent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, persuasion, public speaking, consensus building, and decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and up to 5% internationally.
