Key Responsibilities

Product Page Management:
Develop and refresh product pages with precise content in Shopify.
Ensure product details are up-to-date and accurately represented across all channels.

Influencer and Public Relations Coordination:
Oversee product requests for influencer and PR initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with customer service to ensure timely fulfillment of these requests.

Customer Service Assistance:
Support customer service teams with marketing-related inquiries.
Act as a bridge between marketing and customer service to guarantee accurate information dissemination for product launches, discontinuations, and promotions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Extract and evaluate data concerning product launches and promotional activities.
Create reports to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Label Management:
Collaborate with graphic designers and internal teams to revise product labels and packaging.
Ensure compliance with branding standards and regulatory requirements in conjunction with the Quality Control department.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work in close partnership with various departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.


Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, analytics tools, Shopify).
Experience working with cross-functional teams and a strong interest in beauty products.

Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Robust analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
