Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our dedicated technical teams to create compelling proposal submissions that distinguish us in the market, enhancing your skills in writing, project management, and design.
  • Provide comprehensive marketing support throughout the pursuit process, including workflow coordination, resource assessment, technical content preparation, interview coaching, and post-interview evaluations.
  • Develop high-quality materials such as proposals, presentations, qualifications, and other communications that align with Stantec's branding and messaging.
  • Work alongside marketing, public relations, and technical teams on targeted publications, electronic campaigns, promotional materials, and significant conferences.
  • Maintain internal marketing databases to track information related to personnel, projects, pursuits, and promotional efforts.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills; capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite considered an advantage.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a culture that values work-life balance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently, while engaging with diverse personality types and management levels.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and fostering trust within teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Education and Experience

  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
  • Experience in transportation and community development sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
