    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Work with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
    • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with our agent and other team members to achieve marketing and sales goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience
    • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills
    • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Insurance licenses and certifications a plus.
