Position Overview

Related Affordable is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee our recruitment efforts. This pivotal role involves managing the hiring processes for approximately 1,250 employees across both site and corporate levels, ensuring that Related Affordable is recognized as a premier employer in the property management sector. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Property Operations, this leader will be instrumental in defining our talent acquisition strategy and facilitating organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and guidance for the talent acquisition department, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement customized recruiting strategies tailored to various markets, utilizing industry best practices and data insights to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Engagement team and Resident Services Coordinators to identify local employment opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a remote team of recruitment professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance recruitment processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen Related Affordable's employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand talent pipelines.

Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices within property management, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication abilities to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with innovative recruitment methodologies and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analysis tools.
