Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership, offering strategic talent insights.
  • Diverse Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select high-caliber candidates for roles where diverse talent may be scarce.
  • Relationship Development: Foster robust relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Employment Branding: Play a role in cultivating a compelling employment brand that draws in top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM, and ATS systems; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in crafting job postings and presenting candidates.
  • Adept at influencing and securing agreement.
  • Strong determination and resilience.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking capabilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the desire to work within a team.
  • Understanding of diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships with teammates, candidates, and hiring managers.

The target salary range for this position is $89,000 to $117,075 annually. The compensation for this role considers various factors, including experience, skills, and market demands. Full-time positions are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
