Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Rose International, a leading provider of recruitment services, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to drive its talent acquisition strategy.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging market intelligence and industry trends.
  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates, fostering a collaborative and inclusive hiring environment.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positions, driving business growth and success.
  • Construct and negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations, making informed decisions.
  • Proactively maintain market intelligence and stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices, staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on senior to executive level positions, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for positions in Asset Servicing/Financial Services is highly desirable, showcasing industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated sourcing techniques, including building talent pipelines, referral generation, and diversity recruiting, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Effective consulting and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, driving business results.
  • Understanding and delivery of complex compensation policies and practices, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with a high level of accountability, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM to efficiently manage candidates, streamlining the recruiting process.
