Position Overview:


Help at Home is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Field Recruitment efforts. As the premier provider of high-quality care and support solutions in the nation, we strive to empower our clients to achieve personal independence and lead fulfilling lives.


Key Responsibilities:


This role involves overseeing the Field Recruiting operations, offering training, guidance, and mentorship to both Recruiting and Onboarding Specialists. The specialist will work in tandem with the Recruiting team to develop strong candidate pipelines through innovative and traditional sourcing methods.

The lead will assess team performance and collaborate with management to devise strategies aimed at enhancing both the volume and quality of hires.


Essential Duties:
  • Engage in the recruitment, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Foster growth and improvement among team members, ensuring their professional development.
  • Regularly compile and report results from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other analytical tools to management and stakeholders.
  • Innovate and implement recruiting strategies for designated territories, which may include digital outreach, recruitment events, and partnerships with community organizations.
  • Work closely with branch and area leadership to gather insights on current processes and hiring requirements.
  • Provide support in recruitment and onboarding functions as necessary, depending on team workload and candidate flow.
  • Travel to branches within the assigned region 2-3 times weekly to support the team and strengthen relationships with branch personnel and the recruiting team.

Qualifications:


Experience and Knowledge:
A minimum of two years of leadership experience is strongly preferred, along with prior office and recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Personal Attributes:
Must be self-driven, dependable, detail-oriented, and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Adherence to all policies and procedures is essential.

Interpersonal Skills:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, maturity, and effective teamwork capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods and utilize a PC keyboard; must be capable of managing stress and conflict appropriately. Willingness to travel to designated locations as required.
