Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition division at Starcom is in search of a proactive and seasoned leader to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives. This role demands expertise in the comprehensive talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract, source, and hire top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment operations encompassing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, enhancing the recruiting process, and optimizing talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Formulate and implement customized recruiting strategies to identify and select candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure an effective distribution of responsibilities within the team to meet staffing demands efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, particularly with senior management, to inform and develop the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Support the senior leadership team in all executive recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to attract, engage, and retain a diverse talent pool.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a streamlined and positive recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to report on recruitment activities and departmental performance metrics.
  • Engage with C-suite executives on strategic talent acquisition matters.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience within a media agency or holding company is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full life cycle recruitment processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in nurturing talent within a Talent Acquisition or People function.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online sourcing tools.
