Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
- Design, communicate, and implement customized recruiting strategies across diverse markets, utilizing industry best practices, data analytics, and market insights to attract top-tier talent while addressing local workforce needs.
- Collaborate with the Community Engagement team and Resident Services Coordinators to pinpoint local employment opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing remote team, ensuring their integration with company culture and objectives while promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the hiring process.
- Enhance operational efficiency and scalability by refining processes, systems, and resources across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Elevate Related Affordable's employer brand through strategic marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry partners to strengthen talent pipelines and ensure access to high-quality candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous optimization.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, minimizing legal and reputational risks.
- Leverage the employee brand to attract external talent through networking and social media strategies, while collaborating with HR colleagues to enhance internal promotions and succession planning.

- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within property management, real estate, or hospitality, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with business goals.
- Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven experience in implementing innovative recruiting methodologies and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and recruitment reporting using Excel.
