Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Private Label Staff. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier associate and senior-level candidates with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Provide clients with market data, salary information, and industry trends to support their hiring decisions.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber associate and senior-level candidates.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent partner, specializing in associate and senior-level positions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of various industries and associated skill sets for different roles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
