Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to business units and leadership, offering strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Diverse Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and select high-caliber candidates for roles where diverse talent may be scarce.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong connections with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Employment Branding: Assist in developing a compelling employment brand that draws in top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM, and ATS systems; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting job postings and presenting candidates.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong determination and resilience.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking capabilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a team.
  • Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with colleagues, candidates, and hiring managers.
