Position Overview
  • Responsible for the efficient management of job postings and expirations for both exempt and non-exempt positions within our applicant tracking system and career portal.
  • Act as the system administrator for the applicant tracking system, managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, providing end-user training, and creating new job and location entries.
  • Conduct educational and employment reference checks, as well as licensure verifications (if applicable), prior to extending verbal job offers.
  • Draft employment offer letters for roles supported by corporate functions.
  • Oversee the pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check processes for all corporate roles.
  • Utilize secondary job boards and portals to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates during the recruitment process, ensuring timely reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
  • Manage the tracking and distribution of referral bonuses.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received through the company’s website related to recruitment and selection.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Participate in all required training sessions, in-service programs, and staff meetings.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues, visitors, and guests.
Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's degree preferred

Field of Study: Human Resources, Communication, or a related field preferred

Experience: 0-3+ years in an administrative or clerical role

Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and ATS software; experience with iCIMS is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects to completion.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Information Systems: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred

Personal Attributes: Positive demeanor and meticulous attention to detail
