Automotive Sales Consultant

Holler Classic Family Collection, a family-operated network of automotive dealerships, represents multiple new car brands and used car superstores, adhering to a one-price model where both managers and team members foster a negotiation-free sales atmosphere with a customer-first philosophy.
We are seeking a results-oriented, enthusiastic Sales Consultant responsible for promoting and selling the dealership's offerings through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Our negotiation-free sales environment ensures that our sales consultants earn an hourly wage plus bonuses based on the volume of vehicles sold, rather than the sale price.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ethical sales techniques while adhering to all company, DMV, state, and federal regulations.
- Understand and implement the Holler Classic Sales Process.
- Present, demonstrate, and articulate the features and advantages of suitable vehicles and aftermarket products and services.
- Efficiently close sales to achieve optimal profit margins while consistently following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales and prospecting objectives, prioritize tasks for effective results, and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of products and services available for sale.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
