As we continue to grow in sales and service, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team.

The Automotive Service Technician plays a crucial role in executing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.

You will also supervise any apprentice technicians assigned to you. Our service areas are equipped with the latest technology, including Hunter equipment, and all necessary manufacturer tools are organized for your convenience.
To excel in this position, you must be able to fulfill each essential duty effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive repairs on various vehicle components.

- Diagnose and repair emissions issues, utilizing shop-provided diagnostic tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

- Perform powertrain diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds (including engines, transmissions, and differentials).
- Understand vehicle suspension and brake systems, including ABS and related electrical systems, to effectively diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
- Possess thorough knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, including airbag systems, and perform diagnostics and repairs ranging from simple battery replacements to complex wiring harness repairs.

- Demonstrate expertise in A/C systems, diagnosing and repairing issues while proficiently using A/C recovery and recharge equipment.

- Familiarity with special tools and their applications, with the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and effectively utilize shop equipment from laptops to A/C machines and brake lathes.

- Work efficiently to complete repairs within the allotted time while ensuring quality workmanship.

Minimum Qualifications:
- ASE Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Audi or Volkswagen is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must pass background screening requirements.

Job Type:
- Full-Time.

- Flexibility in scheduling is required.
