Position Overview:


As an Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Expertise Advisor at Classic Nissan, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets for our dealership.

You will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, guiding them through the complete sales journey - from the first interaction to the final vehicle handover.

This position necessitates comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to effectively inform and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers in a courteous, professional manner
  • Conduct assessments to identify customer preferences and financial considerations
  • Leverage product knowledge to inform customers about vehicle features and advantages
  • Showcase vehicle capabilities and assist with test drives
  • Follow up with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
  • Stay informed about new products and features, as well as trends in the automotive sector
  • Meet individual and team sales objectives
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Capacity to learn and retain product information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, background check, and ability to pass a drug screening
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
