Role Summary: As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clientele and the service department. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, identifying their service requirements, and overseeing the repair process from initiation to completion. Your contribution is vital in upholding our standards of customer care and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Key Duties:

  • Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service requirements.
  • Create repair orders and supervise the repair process until it is finalized.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Return the completed vehicle to the customer.
  • Support fellow Service Advisors in delivering an excellent customer experience and adhering to our service protocols.
  • Process service claims and promptly submit reports to the Accounting department.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to address service needs and resolve any post-sale concerns.
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage service documentation.
  • Provide concierge support for customer inquiries, both via phone and in-person.
  • Follow up with warranty companies to ensure timely processing of service claims.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Automotive Service Department.
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack DMS is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
