Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate / Product Knowledge Specialist at Classic Nissan, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets for our dealership.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey - from the first interaction to the final vehicle handover.
This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively inform and educate customers about their choices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer vehicle preferences and financial considerations
- Leverage product knowledge to inform customers about vehicle features and advantages
- Showcase vehicle functionality and assist customers during test drives
- Follow up with clients to address inquiries and resolve concerns
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
- Stay informed about new products and features, as well as trends in the automotive sector
- Meet individual and team sales objectives
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Capacity to learn and retain product information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, background check, and ability to pass a drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
