Position Overview

As a vital member of the Marketing Operations & Technology division, the Campaign Operations Lead will oversee the team and external partners responsible for executing marketing initiatives within our automation platforms.

In this capacity, you will work collaboratively with various marketing sectors to implement their strategies, with a strong emphasis on email marketing. Your role will involve creating and managing efficient processes for seamless campaign execution, encompassing everything from initial requests and requirements gathering to campaign development, quality assurance, monitoring, and performance analysis.

We seek an individual with a robust background in email marketing, business insight, and exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships, and advocating for best practices in email campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the Campaign Operations team focused on executing marketing initiatives, particularly email campaigns within our automation platforms. Develop and document efficient processes to enhance campaign operations, including setup, deployment, quality assurance, and post-campaign analysis. Mentor and guide team members, offering leadership and expertise in email campaign best practices. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant laws. Manage relationships and budgets with third-party service providers, ensuring effective collaboration between agencies and the marketing team. Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign performance to enhance conversion rates and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Field and Channel Marketing, and other teams to align campaign execution with strategic business goals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations. Hands-on experience in developing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with project management tools and resource allocation. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions to continually enhance campaign performance. Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Ability to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Practical experience with marketing automation platforms. Understanding of database structures, analytics, and campaign attribution.
