Position Overview

Within the Marketing Operations & Technology division, the Campaign Operations Lead will oversee the team and external partners responsible for executing marketing initiatives through our automation platforms.

In this capacity, you will work collaboratively with various marketing teams to implement their strategies, primarily focusing on email marketing. Your role will involve establishing and managing efficient processes to ensure effective campaign execution, encompassing everything from initial requests and requirements gathering to campaign development, quality assurance, monitoring, and performance analysis.

We seek an individual with a strong background in email marketing, strategic insight, and exceptional project management abilities who can effectively manage multiple priorities, foster strong relationships across departments, and advocate for best practices in email campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Campaign Operations team tasked with executing marketing initiatives, particularly email campaigns using automation tools. Develop and document scalable workflows to enhance campaign operations, including setup, deployment, quality assurance, and post-campaign analysis. Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise on email marketing best practices. Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and regulations. Manage relationships and budgets with third-party service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration between agencies and the marketing department. Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance to drive improvements in conversion rates and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to align campaign execution with organizational goals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within Campaign Operations. Extensive hands-on experience with email campaign development on marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with project management tools and resource allocation. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Practical experience with Iterable and/or Marketo. Solid understanding of database structures, analytics, and campaign attribution.
