Position Overview

The Marketing division at Promote Project is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager specializing in Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role is pivotal in designing and implementing comprehensive ABM strategies for our Enterprise and Global Strategic segments. The position will collaborate closely with various teams including Sales, Regional Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Operations to create multi-channel ABM initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline development among key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of numerous global ABM initiatives in partnership with go-to-market stakeholders to foster growth within Enterprise and Global Strategic segments.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategic Consulting, and Regional Marketing teams to develop scalable marketing assets tailored for 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of an ABM playbook for Marketing and Sales teams across various regions.
  • Design enterprise marketing strategies for priority accounts to facilitate account progression and enhance intent.
  • Oversee reporting, analysis, and presentations to stakeholders regarding ABM campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with engagement, pipeline, and account progression objectives.
  • Work with Regional Marketing teams across four regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) to share best practices and insights that support the development of effective ABM strategies.
  • Partner with the Digital team to refine and enhance the digital approach for ABM, including display advertising, paid social media, and content syndication.
  • Create personalized web experiences and landing pages for priority accounts.
  • Facilitate working groups focused on ABM campaigns to ensure timely completion of key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Strategically integrate relevant events into ABM campaign plans to maintain alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of events related to ABM campaigns, including audience development and logistical planning.
  • Manage project management tools, documentation, calendars, and processes for ABM initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies across various channels, including events, email marketing, paid media, and content.
  • Proficient in ABM technologies and advanced audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting, with experience in tools such as Demandbase and Salesforce.
  • Enthusiastic about creating and refining a scalable ABM campaign framework across diverse regions and teams.
  • Strong collaborator with a proven ability to lead projects with large, virtual teams across multiple departments and cultures.
  • In-depth understanding of industry best practices and benchmarks for impactful ABM campaigns.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively.
  • Data-driven marketer focused on building programs that meet defined objectives and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Generation, with at least 3 years dedicated to ABM for enterprise accounts within a SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while establishing new processes and programs.

For candidates based in the United States, the compensation range for this role is anticipated to be between $102,000 - $127,500 annually, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately $150,000 per year, inclusive of bonuses or commissions. The specific offer may vary based on individualized factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Promote Project provides a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs), allowing all employees to have a stake in the company.
