Job Overview

FocusKPI is seeking a Senior Campaign Operations Manager to join our esteemed client, a cutting-edge SaaS organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the intricacies of marketing operations and enjoy developing, executing, and assessing innovative systems, processes, and campaigns.


Your primary responsibility will be to architect and execute marketing automation strategies for the demand generation team. This includes micro-segmentation of pivotal target accounts, configuring automation tools for multi-channel launches, and primarily, utilizing Marketo to implement sophisticated nurture campaigns and scoring methodologies. Collaboration with demand generation stakeholders is essential, and candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to enhance the customer experience.


Work Environment: Remote work opportunity within the US.
Contract Duration: 11-12 months with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.
Compensation: $62/hr to $72/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with demand generation managers to manage daily campaign operations and oversee marketing automation systems, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for segmentation and targeting; utilize the marketing database to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Execute and refine lead nurturing initiatives using Marketo.
  • Support lead lifecycle management by optimizing lead scoring, qualification, and transition to sales processes.
  • Ensure data quality governance across all programs and campaigns.
  • Assist in the conceptualization, execution, and evaluation of programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the lead generation and sales funnel.
  • Establish and maintain scalable marketing processes for campaign and lead management.
  • Contribute significantly to the globalization of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing automation and operations.
  • Proven expertise as a Marketo Administrator, including building nurture campaigns, lead scoring, reporting, and integrating multiple data sources. Marketo Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficient in Salesforce reporting and custom objects, with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience across multiple product lines is advantageous.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in B2B and SaaS environments.
  • Experience with audience segmentation within Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on identifying opportunities.
