The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead - Content & Email to join our growth team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work cross-functionally to accelerate our growth trajectory with compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including lifecycle emails, nurture campaigns, and behaviorally triggered email sequences.
  • Create engaging and compelling email content, including copy, visuals, and calls to action that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and layouts, and monitor KPIs like deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Work closely with our Global Director of Growth Marketing, product marketers, and education team to design a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans the entire marketing funnel and aligns with business objectives.
  • Guide content creation across various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, guides, educational series, and social posts, and map it to our customer journey.
  • Develop useful and engaging content that supports demand generation as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including email marketing and content marketing efforts, to identify trends and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage content reporting systems and required classifications for topic and type impact reporting to ensure continued success and optimization of content efforts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and content creation, experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is critical.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing strategy and execution, including lifecycle emails, A/B testing, and list segmentation.
  • Strong background in content marketing, with experience creating SEO-optimized content across various formats.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting business decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
