The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our day-to-day marketing operations across multiple lifecycle channels. This includes implementing new marketing automation campaigns, building customer segments, monitoring performance, and running batch and blast campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Operations: Support and own our day-to-day marketing operations by implementing new marketing automation campaigns, building customer segments, monitoring performance, and running batch and blast campaigns.
  • Asset Production: Support asset production by working with our Lifecycle Engineering Developer to code and test email templates.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist with QA efforts for both code and logic used within templates, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Technical Marketing: Lead technical Lifecycle marketing discussions and project scoping with XFN stakeholders such as engineering and product.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing environment, with experience working in Email Marketing/Lifecycle or Marketing/Sales Operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Sendgrid, experience working with customer data, understanding of relational data, and experience with business intelligence analytics.
  • Tools: Experience working with spreadsheets and documentation, working with QA processes, and the ability to use tools such as Iterable, Braze, Segment, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Marketo.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapid business growth and major process changes at scale.
