Role Summary

As an Email Marketing Analyst, your primary focus will be on boosting sales through the optimization of our email marketing program. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the email distribution strategy.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate email dispatches.

A successful candidate will possess a background in marketing along with strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to cultivate robust cross-functional relationships and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly and ad-hoc email performance reports, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain essential documentation such as the email distribution plan and weekly trigger performance reports.
  • Collaborate with various teams to verify the accuracy of all email campaign links prior to launch.
  • Compile seasonal and monthly performance summaries for presentation to brand partners and leadership.
  • Assist in the management of monthly financial forecasts and accruals.
  • Engage proactively with team members, email deployment teams, brand representatives, finance, customer analytics, and other cross-functional entities.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and stay updated on marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital, Email, or E-Commerce Marketing.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in Email Marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong desire to learn and explore.
  • Capability to identify trends and derive actionable insights from data to drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners and vendors.
  • Experience with web analytics systems is advantageous.
