Job Overview

Ameritruck, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Administration Team as an Office Administration Specialist. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Title Processing: Prepare and process vehicle title work with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), including in-person and remote transactions, title tracking, and follow-up on missing information or issues.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the administration team with accounts payable and deal processing, as well as provide support to the Office Manager and other teams as needed.
  • Paperwork Management: Track, organize, and file paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior dealership title experience is highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Superior attention to detail and accuracy in a timely manner are essential.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills are necessary for scanning, sending title work, working with spreadsheets, and processing financial information.
  • Customer Interaction: Ability to work with customers, service providers, vendors, and team members in a professional and positive manner.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
