Position Overview

Summary:

The role involves organizing and managing office operations and procedures to ensure optimal organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This position is responsible for adhering to internal communication protocols, enhancing administrative processes, managing inventory, supervising office personnel, and delegating tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front office operations.
  • Welcome clients upon their arrival.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of appointments.
  • Manage medical records, including filing, transcription, and transfer of documents, while assisting the facility in fulfilling these tasks.
  • Perform essential clerical duties such as answering phones, mailing, filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
  • Procure office and client supplies.
  • Assist with the intake process and manage billing documentation.
  • Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for necessary maintenance.
  • Handle petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Licensure, & Experience:

  • A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Experience in the behavioral healthcare sector is advantageous.
