Job Summary

Pristine Tower Marketing & Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members.
  • Enter and update data in the company database and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and file documents both digitally and physically.
  • Respond to emails and manage the calendar of the supervisor.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
Weekly Duties
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including sending out calendar invites.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events or client meetings.
  • Review and maintain filing systems to ensure all documents are up-to-date.
  • Prepare weekly reports on administrative activities and tasks completed.
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights and accommodations.
Monthly Duties
  • Conduct audits of files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly budgets and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute larger events or marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate administrative processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Attend monthly team meetings to provide updates on administrative functions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
