Role Summary

As an Office Coordinator, you will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients. Your role will involve delivering exemplary customer service to patients, physicians, therapists, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and voicemails.
  • Perform light clinical tasks, such as assisting patients during their visits.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in multi-line phone systems.
