Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Economy Exterminators. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff to achieve required performance outcomes.
  • Office Management: Develop and implement office plans and budgets, ensuring the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Accounting and Finance: Supervise some accounting functions, including accounts receivable and bank deposits, and develop procedures and policies for office activities.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, screen, and interview administrative and customer service personnel, and develop and coach administrative and customer service staff.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including typing memos and correspondence, and preparing and maintaining various reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative leadership role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Proficiency in common business software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear, touch, talk, write, type, crouch, see close up and far away, use a computer monitor and keyboard, and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
