Job Overview

Emplova, a boutique professional employer organization, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support internal operations and external client success efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a basic foundation of HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients through the Emplova Employee Inbox, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, ordering supplies, and mail sorting, scanning, and distribution efforts.
  • Onboarding and Benefits Administration: Support the client digital onboarding process for new hires through PrismHR, process electronic benefit changes, and provide basic benefits-related support.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Assist in addressing basic payroll inquiries and manage employee records electronically within PrismHR, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Training and Development: Assist in scheduling compliance training sessions through vendor portals, track online attendance, and facilitate employee access to digital training materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate basic digital reports on HR metrics and KPIs using PrismHR's reporting features, providing support for data analysis and decision-making.

  4. HR Knowledge and Experience: Possess a basic foundation of HR knowledge and skills, with familiarity with Prism HRIS software beneficial.
  5. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Analyze situations, think critically, and offer innovative solutions to HR-related issues, while being adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  6. Organization and Multitasking: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
