Job Overview

Emplova, a boutique professional employer organization, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support our internal operations and external client success efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients through our employee inbox, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, ordering supplies, and mail sorting, scanning, and distribution efforts.
  • Onboarding: Support the client digital onboarding process for new hires through PrismHR.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist in addressing basic payroll inquiries and enrolling new employees in benefit programs through PrismHR.
  • Record Keeping: Manage employee records electronically within PrismHR, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with digital recordkeeping policies.
  • Training and Development: Assist in scheduling compliance training sessions through vendor portals and facilitate employee access to digital training materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate basic digital reports on HR metrics and KPIs using PrismHR's reporting features, providing support for data analysis and decision-making.
