The Channel Account Manager-LATAM Role


The Channel Account Manager-LATAM is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the LATAM market and a proven track record of driving revenue growth with partner communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing all sales activities with partner/reseller sales teams to achieve desired revenue goals with partners. This includes driving sales with partner/reseller inside sales, technical, and sales teams, as well as coordinating meetings between partner sales teams and Lifesize inside/field sales teams to expand relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Program Management: Oversee all program functions, including program promotion, recruiting, benefits, materials, management, partner communications, and partner training/enablement.
  • Partner Recruitment: Proactively recruit new qualifying partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Planning: Own the business plan for the program and partners, building justifications for investments and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Joint Business Planning: Coordinate with partners to develop joint business plans to mutually agree on business objectives.
  • Program Requirements: Continually interface with program members to define/refine program requirements and roadmap.
  • Value Proposition: Work with marketing and sales to define and convey the partner's value proposition to drive substantial product growth in the partner's network.
  • Partner Support: Develop strategies to best support partner's go-to-market efforts.
  • Network Growth: Work with regional sales to build up the network in key growth territories.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze program performance, improving areas of weakness.
  • Sales through Partners: Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with top-tier partners.

Qualifications


  • 3-5 years' experience recruiting and managing partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player who excels working in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience working in unified communications (UCaaS) space, SaaS.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese a plus.
