Industrial Automation Channel Sales Manager

About the Role
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial automation sector. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key channel partners, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue with industrial automation channel partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at channel partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and sales development teams, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Qualify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with channel partners to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the industrial automation sector, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
- Ability to travel locally, with occasional travel to company headquarters.
