Position Overview:
GRAV is seeking a Channel Sales Strategist to join our Revenue team, reporting directly to our Director of Sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Expansion:
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales and enhance market presence through GRAV's network.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and proactively address challenges to meet revenue objectives.
  • Client Insight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each account, including their history, strengths, weaknesses, and market position. Utilize this insight to customize sales strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.

Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough quarterly assessments of client performance.
- Analyze sales volume, revenue, and profitability against established benchmarks.
- Identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Metrics and Performance Indicators:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for GRAV's network. Assess and report on metrics such as sales growth, market penetration, customer satisfaction, and product variety. Regularly review performance against these KPIs.

Collaboration:
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to synchronize sales efforts, align marketing strategies, and ensure cohesive messaging and branding throughout GRAV's network.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics related to cannabis accessories.
- Leverage this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably with Key or National accounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Hubspot experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading business negotiations with a strong focus on presentation skills.


Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000/year + commission
