Channel Partner Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Technology Navigators is seeking an experienced Channel Partner Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the setup, integration, and support of new distributors, building strong relationships with distributors, clients, and customers, and delivering training and support to new distributors throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through effective channel partner management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of new distributors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to distributors, clients, and customers
- Deliver training and support to new distributors to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor and report on implementation status and progress
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a front-facing role, preferably in business development or account management
- Proven experience in setup, integration, and support for new distributors
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
