About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative sales leader to join our team at Apple as a Worldwide Channel Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard methodologies to deliver exceptional customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Create an overarching vision and strategy for our data and AI technology blueprint and architecture.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Establish and oversee data quality standards and strategies to ensure accurate business outcomes.
  • Machine Learning and NLP: Design and build connected data models and algorithms to answer business questions and estimate the causal impact.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digitization, automation, process changes, and data-first culture within the Channel Sales & Ops team.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional data teams, including Finance, Marcom, Product Marketing, and IS&T, to build a world-class AI technology stack and process.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at major internet players and startups.
  • Experience with data-driven digital transformation projects using AI/ML/NLP technology.
  • Strong background in mathematical modeling, linear and non-linear regression, and consumer decision-making theory.
  • Expertise in R/Python, NLP, and other languages important to the ETL data pipeline, such as SQL.
  • Computer Science or Computer/Data Engineering degree (Master's degree or higher preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and developing complex decision-making systems.
  • Experience with building product and data technology stacks, architecture design, and development.
  • Expertise in industry-standard data analysis and reporting tools, including Tableau.
  • Product management mindset/leader with deep business expertise.
  • Ability to share results with a non-technical audience and advance multiple projects at once on a tight schedule.
  • Strong design, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to personally deliver large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Global mentality.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, business performance analytics, business operations, or change management.
  • Proven change agent and strong strategic problem solver.
  • Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite partners and across cross-functional teams.
