Channel Sales Manager at SolarWinds

SolarWinds is seeking a skilled channel sales manager to enhance revenue through a network of established and prospective channel partners. This position focuses on identifying, recruiting, and engaging partners across North America and LATAM, collaborating closely with the sales team to surpass targets. The ideal candidate should possess creativity in partner acquisition, a strong background in software sales, and proficiency in managing channel relationships.

Your Contributions:

  • Enhance partner engagements
  • Integrate IT Operations Management solutions into valuable customer interactions
  • Develop strategies to stimulate partner interest
  • Lead the shift towards a strategic sales approach
  • Stay updated on market trends and mentor team members
  • Oversee and expand business with regional sales teams
  • Facilitate the transition to enterprise-level sales through partners
  • Recruit and optimize service partners
  • Identify improvement opportunities to better serve clients
  • Establish strong relationships with channel partners to create business prospects

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Engagement with Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers
  • Familiarity with the two-tier distribution model
  • Experience in developing partner programs and driving growth
