We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Whaling City Auto Group in Connecticut.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Monitor sales processes and make improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and innovation
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer software and technology, with experience in sales management systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
