Job Overview:

  • Lead business development, sales, recruitment, and training efforts for bilingual agents focusing on the Hispanic market.
  • Collaborate with insurance agencies and agents to implement strategies, training, and events targeting the Hispanic community.
  • Provide support and guidance to promote sales within Hispanic communities and parishes.
  • Enhance outreach and membership opportunities by understanding and respecting the Hispanic culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hispanic diocesan leaders and support corporate goals.
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluations to maximize the effectiveness of bilingual agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and revenue in the Hispanic market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training programs and events targeting the Hispanic community.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to bilingual agents to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the Hispanic market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Hispanic diocesan leaders and other key stakeholders to promote the company's mission and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development in the Hispanic market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 years of sales experience or 7 years in related areas.
  • Experience in developing training programs and working with Hispanic communities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary:** The estimated range for this role is $104,500-172,400 annually.
