About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the sales and marketing operations for our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a dynamic marketing plan to assess the local market and drive sales growth.
  • Lead the development of the marketing and sales budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on customer-centric relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and execute strategic marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story and drive sales growth.
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reinforce the community's brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years supervisory/management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
  • Successful marketing and sales experience.
  • Ability to leverage technology and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
