Job SummaryCore Group Resources is seeking a skilled Project Contract Administrator to oversee contractual provisions, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities in offshore EPCI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in identifying critical contract risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Verify the completeness and consistency of contract documents and oversee their distribution to project team members
  • Conduct regular contract induction meetings to provide proactive analysis of contractual obligations and potential issues
  • Aid the Project Manager in identifying and monitoring major contract risks and developing a contract management strategy
  • Establish external communication procedures aligned with contractual obligations and prepare project-related correspondence
  • Draft project-specific contracts for goods, services, or subcontracts, incorporating relevant contractual obligations
  • Review partner agreements and coordinate necessary updates or amendments to align with contract requirements
  • Assist with project closure activities and facilitate the collection and sharing of lessons learned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore EPCI contract administration
  • Knowledge of offshore construction and practices
