Contracts Administrator

The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to process and track executed land contracts and related transactions. This role involves working closely with the Legal Department and interacting with the Finance/Accounting and Land Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities- Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.
- Process payment requests and perform related tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.
- Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of real estate contracts.
- Attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
- Temp-to-Hire assignment with competitive compensation.
