Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of contract principles and a keen interest in developing a career in contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in the legal department and middle office with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing deal confirmations and contracts associated with our Supply and Marketing business unit.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain contract files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible in accordance with company policies.
  • Data Entry: Input contract information into the necessary platform.
  • Communication: Work closely with the legal department and middle office to facilitate the trading confirmation processes and resolve any issues and concerns regarding such confirmations.
  • Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and principles (preferred but not required).
  • Basic understanding of accounting.
  • Basic understanding of Gas and Oil industry.
