Contract Administrator Position

Clayton Services is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support the construction phase of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and routing contract documents, preparing correspondence, and assisting the Construction Manager throughout the project bid and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and distribute contract documents during the construction phase.
- Prepare and sign routine correspondence on behalf of themselves or the Construction Manager.
- Assist the Construction Manager with project bid and construction phases.
- Arrange conferences and meetings, and assemble required background materials as directed.
- Independently handle recurring office procedures.
- Schedule meetings and communicate effectively with all departments in the office.
- Schedule tentative appointments without prior clearance.
- Collect information for routine inquiries or periodic reports.
- Refer non-routine requests to the Construction Manager.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of Newforma software is a plus.
