Job Summary:

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee contract management activities on Fluor projects, ensuring compliance with statutes, regulations, and contract terms. This role requires direct supervision of Principal Contract Managers and Contract Administrators, as well as project staffing solutions, including manpower and indirect estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer moderately large and complex contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, analyze commercial sections of proposals, and coordinate technical scopes of work
  • Develop final proposal evaluations, prepare contract recommendations, and present to project team and/or client
  • Support Contract Management activities on large-scale projects, with a work scope of US$250 million to US$1 billion

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
