The Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LNA Care Specialist to join its team. This role provides supportive bedside nursing care to patients, along with related non-professional services under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team serving on various units and performing basic administrative and clerical activities to support the operations and general workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional patient care, observing and reporting any deviations from the patient's plan of care to the Registered Nurse.
  • Assisting with moving or lifting patients and equipment safely.
Requirements:
  • Current Vermont State License for Licensed Nursing Assistants.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Unit-specific certifications as required by departmental operational framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous hospital or nursing home experience as an LNA.
  • Secretarial or administrative experience.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated moderate knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
Compensation:

$23.93 - $35.39 per hour
