Job Responsibilities
This position involves collecting patient and family data, reporting findings to supervisors in a timely manner, and communicating information to assigned patients. You will also perform interventions and procedures under the supervision of the Staffing Manager, ensure safe and effective quality of care for patients, and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. You must also be at least 18 years old and willing to work weekends and holidays. Continued education and training opportunities are available, including earning your LNA for free after one year of employment and working a minimum of 1000 hours.
